Who Are We?
Mahalaxmi Mahila Mandal is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) established in the year 2005–06 under the Government of Karnataka. Headquartered in the Belgaum district of Karnataka, India,the organization was founded with a strong commitment to improving the lives of women from economically and socially disadvantaged communities.Since its inception, Mahalaxmi Mahila Mandal has been at the forefront of women’s empowerment through skill development, education, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. The organization adopts a rights-based, community-driven approach to foster dignity, economic independence, and self-confidence among women and adolescent girls.
