Funded by Infosys Foundation under its CSR initiative, this program provides practical tailoring and garment-making skills to underprivileged women. It supports women from marginalized and rural communities in gaining livelihood opportunities, promoting financial independence, self-reliance, and entrepreneurship.

PM Vishwakarma Scheme (PMKV)
The Prime Minister’s Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman Yojana is a flagship Government of India initiative aimed at empowering traditional artisans and craftsmen, known as “Vishwakarmas.” The scheme honors their contribution to India’s cultural heritage and economy while providing skill upgradation, financial support, and modern tools to improve livelihoods.
Funded by Rooman Technologies, this initiative supports women’s skill development under PM Vishwakarma in traditional trades such tailoring, carpentry, malakar (floral artistry)​​​​

Flower Garland Knotting Program

The Garland Knitting Program is a livelihood initiative that empowers women and marginalized communities by teaching floral and decorative garland making. This culturally rooted skill supports income generation, creativity, and self-reliance while preserving traditional practices.
The program was conducted in Belagavi, where women received hands-on training to develop a practical, market-ready skill that enhances livelihood opportunities and supports financial independence within the community.

Women Empowerment Program
Women empowerment means enabling women to understand their rights, build confidence, and access equal opportunities in education, employment, health, and decision-making. It allows women to live with dignity, independence, and equality, strengthening families, communities, and the nation as a whole.
Our NGO works to empower women in villages across Gokak and Belgaum through focused livelihood programs. By providing tailoring training and other income-generating skills, we support financial independence, self-reliance, and sustainable livelihoods that uplift entire communities and drive socio-economic growth.
